"Alejandra is so AMAZING! I called State Farm to set up a new auto policy and she was so sweet, knowledgeable, and helpful throughout the entire journey. She was efficient, kind, and ultimately a pleasure to work with setting this up. "This is one of the worst customer service experiences. I recommend avoiding this place for insurance shopping. I have been with them for over a year, and they increased my premium without any warning. Despite texting them multiple times about not receiving the device needed to set up my car, my premium was still raised. When I spoke to Calvin, his attitude and tone made it clear he was not willing to help."
